5 Days return policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

When you contact us, please send:

1) Photo and video of the damaged or defective product

2) Photo and video of the box  in which you received the product.

3) Photo of the bill

After that, we will tell you how to return, get a refund, or replace the product.

Damages and issues
